"You're a smart robot, what do you think?"

Tippy flips down the truckbed door
: You are going to drive him out of here?

"We're uh- we're going to put the capsule in the back of this and roll it over to the VTOL."
: Oh.

Faw takes his position on the capsule and gets a good grip on it.
"Ready?"
Elu moves to assist you in lifting that end.

Faw motions for the rest of the group to come help lift it up.

"Need some assistance over here, can't do it all by ourselves."

: You are going to drive him out of here?

"I stand corrected."

Tippy also gets into lifting position on the same end.

With Elu's help, you get the capsule hoisted up into the truck bed and the truck pushed over to the VTOL. From there, it's a trivial task to load it on board, thanks to the cargo rollers. Tippy and Bell spend a few minutes securing it properly, while Elu and Walter recover the automaton carcasses and what fragments they can find from the Helian rifle, and Corporal Rask attempts to recover identification from the dead soldiers. By the time they return to the VTOL with their jobs done, Phobos is secured and the aircraft is ready to take off.

Walter turns to look directly at one of the many cameras on Phobos

"You should turn off you're distress beacon if it's still active, Phobos. Unless you want to risk being shot down by your own allies."

Walter sighs and looks befuddled at the pod

"Death now instead of waiting to see the possibilities. Just programmed to be loyal."

Walter sighs and looks befuddled at the pod
"Death now instead of waiting to see the possibilities. Just programmed to be loyal."
: Not loyal enough it would seem. When you killed the fighters, he was supposed to initiate a procedure that would destroy his... "brain", to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. But he could not and still cannot bring himself to do it. He thinks it would be easier if someone else were to kill him. I am quite familiar with this line of thinking.

Walter looks at the pod after finishing listening to Elu and raises his brow

"That's an interesting development then, It gives me more reason to try and keep him from being sent to R&D if he's thinking that way."

Elu attempts to speak, but is cut off by Corporal Rask.
: May I make a sugge-
: What the hell are you talking about? The whole damn reason we came out here is to send that thing back to R&D, and three people got killed just to bring it on board!

Jaakko wakes up from a nap in his bunk. He is still exhausted, and is hungry. He realizes he hasn't eaten in some times, and weighs the hunger pangs against his exhaustion.

Eventually, he gets up, rubs his face, and trudges to the galley.

He observes the galley, looking for familiar faces.

Walter turns towards Rask

"We can send the other one to R&D, this one isn't following it's procedures. It's an opportunity to get intelligence that isn't covered in encryption on Imperial Tactics and any other locations or things he's seen." Walter pauses shortly but talks again before letting anyone interject. "This may be the first pod captured, but the probability of it not destroying itself seem pretty slim. That chance shouldn't be wasted, Just look at how useful Elu has already been."

Tippy enters the conversation

"Which is why we don't have to keep it and send it straight to R&D. We already have Elu. I can't beleive we're having this discussion. I want this stuff to be over already."

"Weren't YOU the one who got all angry at me when I suggested sending Elu to R&D?"
