Kibble and Kissinger have now been cleared for requisition level 3, allowing access to a single PAK FA. You can sit in each other's lap I guess.

Almost everybody else who has ever gone on a mission is cleared for requisition level 2. If you haven't gone on a mission you're stuck in requisition 1 limbo-land.

Kissinger wakes up in recovery, balls-high on painkillers. The surgery to unforget his jaw is successful. The wound is cauterized shut to assure a speedy return to battle-readiness, though now he has a nasty scar over the incision point.
