Typhoon 1 turns on Tippy with more heatseekers, Typhoon 2 fires two all-aspects at Walt, and the remaining Mirage picks up where its squadmate left off in trying to kill Eremit.

Kommandant shares targeting data with Pansar.
Pansar fires on Fulcrum with Vortex Missile and forces it to stall.
Virvel goes after the strike planes.

Tukreb has a bad time.
Typhoon 1 retaliates against Tippy.

Tippy takes evasion maneuvers and releases flares

Since I'll be unable to post for another 20 ish hours if something needs to be done Walt tips his aircraft to the nearest healthy enemy plane and fires all 6 guns to get a feel for the aircrafts firepower.

I got a little bit of time this morning so

Walt turns to typhoon 2 and opens up on all 6 guns while deploying one countermeasure

"Tempest, let's go get those strike fighters."

Aero moves to engage the Mirage 4000 2 in order to fire his flak at it.
You take aim at your targets and will receive a bonus to gun accuracy (+20, since you took the whole turn to aim), despite still being in missile range.

Jaakko closes in to gun range on the strike group.
You floor it and start closing fast, but they still don't see you coming. You're just barely outside what would be considered gun range, and will be able to try to get behind them next turn.

Markus does the same.
They do see you though, and two of them briefly deviate from their course to fire some JSMs at you.

"I'll jump 1 and 2, give me a second more-" Jaakko radios.

He maneuvers towards the flight, preparing to blindside them, he gets a gun solution and begins tracking Tornado 1, waiting to get closer.

Aero fires flak at the Mirage 4000 2.

Gus aligns for Tornado 3, preparing to fire.
