"Sure," Jaakko replies.

He heads to get his dogs and takes them to the rec room.
Tippy meets you there carrying a boxy yellow console with a buttload of controllers.

"Got the system, and glad they were able to replace the TV"

"Refresh my memory, what is this game about?" Jaakko asks.

"It's unique, I can't say I've personally seen something like it before."

Walter wipes off his face with both hands giving himself a moment to think

"I just thought I'd check in and see how you two were doing. Good to see it only scorched you and didn't scramble your head at all."

"I'm just glad I'm not dead."

Still tired, Gus walks away from the commotion to an empty table to eat.

She shrugs. "I'm guessing you've already had one, then." She looks at one of the pouches. "Sure, I'll try one. How bad can it be?"
He hands you a fresh pouch of nutrient paste.
: This is the poultry one, according to the packaging.

: Yeah, well, we still don't know that yet.

Cualli looks at the pouch, turning it over in her hands. She squeezes it cautiously and raises an eyebrow at Arkhip before putting the straw in it. She takes a small sip of it and looks confused, but not quite disgusted, by what she tastes.

"Well, it's not atrocious," she says after a few moments, "bearable, but... well, I'm just glad it's not something I'll be eating much." Surprisingly, she takes another small sip of it.

"I guess it's alright," she admits, looking at Arkhip again.

"Refresh my memory, what is this game about?" Jaakko asks.

"Technically haven't told you about it yet but its basically an RPG where you work for this fictional air force and aquire various planes to fight your battles in. Apparently the plot is procedurally generated with 13 trillion different variables and endings."

: Yeah, well, we still don't know that yet.

"Alright. I think I'll leave you to your rest at this point, Unless I can do anything for you guys I'm going to head out."

"Huh, sounds fun," Jaakko says unironically, "let's play it."

The dogs look around the rec room.

Tippy hooks up the console and attaches 2 controllers. Handing one to Jaakko. The screen flickers to life and a title scrolls down from the top of the screen. The scanlines from the older TV gave it a classic feel as well as the game assisting with it's chosen artstyle of 16 bit graphics.

*"Aerial Fiesta Party"*

The game sounded off a little jingle with the flashing words "press start" blinking at the bottom in purple letters.

Jaakko presses start.

"How much did this cost you?"

"Twenty bucks + my soul"

"That implies that you had one to start with," Jaakko quips.

: Yeah.

Eremit stares off into space for several seconds before continuing.
: Oh, uh, I talked to the priest about your robot, and he says it's fine for him to observe. He just has to sit at the back and not interrupt the service. No questions, no speaking... that sort of thing.

"Alright. I think I'll leave you to your rest at this point, Unless I can do anything for you guys I'm going to head out."
: See you around, then.
