Author Topic: True Average snake Size Revealed: Who knew?!  (Read 3980 times)

The main journal was posted in some urology thing and i'm too lazy to see if it's behind a paywall or not.

15,521 men were measured in size. Break out the rulers and string, time to drop trousers and see where you fall.

For those who live in strange parts of the world and use imperial systems, and don't understand the graph:

ERECT:
  • Average snake length is 13.24 centimetres or 5.21 inches.
  • Average snake circumference was 11.66 centimetres or 4.59 inches.

FLACCID:
  • Average snake length is 9.16 centimetres or 3.6 inches.
  • Average snake circumference is 9.31 centimetres or 3.66 inches.

ASSORTED FACT:
  • 95% of Men (tumblr not included) fall between 10.16 and 16.51 centimetres or 4 to 6.5 inches.

I'm just glad they didn't put me on that list. It would've skewed the results so bad that everyone would've had a massive wang.
Though, this still doesn't change the fact that Stacy from accounting still won't go out with you because she thinks it's still small, but honestly, she was a bit of a skank and lives in a really "dark" part of town if you know what I mean. I bet she's just a bit spoiled when it comes to her selection.

why talk about richards when you can talk about

pusillanimous individual

I actually thought it was kinda common knowledge that the average length was roughly 5 inches.
I'm sure I heard it from elsewhere.
This surely can't be the first study on it. But maybe it's the most accurate?

Holy crap I'm slightly above average.

And I thought I was small.

i'm pretty average then

Not the first study, but definitely the most diverse and accurate.

Instead of like 500-1000 younger-middle aged americans, it was 15 thousand people over THE WHOLE WORLD.

Have they released any info on the demographics then, and how the results reflect them?

Would maybe be interesting to see if different ancestries/geographies had any impact...
