How to deal with the edgelord from my class?

So there is this typical edgy teen in my class who's been picking on me for 2 years or something and now I'm really getting tired of his stuff. He's like some guy who constantly wants attention and if you say something back you did everything and he din do nathing. Trying to talk to the teacher about the problem between me and him and he's like "Omfg you stufflord thats not true you liar". He also says says he already had love, he is loving 15? and his handicapped friends believe this stuff. He keeps bragging about it and says stuff like "Lol you're all virgins I had love hurrdurr". Now recently i'm in some big stuff because I can't shut my mouth when he does something revulsive or handicapped in class why I try to pay attention. What revulsive does he do you ask? Make annying sound, love sounds laugh about dirty words with his friends , steal my pencase, books or whatever is on my desk. While trying to do stuff at graphics he constantly pushes keys on my keyboard making stuff impossible for me. etc etc... How old is he? 10? When I say something back it usually is autism or something. When he hears me he goes like "What did you say to me?" Then I repeat like he's loving deaf or something and it goes on like that until he says something like "Come fight me at the church, I'l beat your ass" (There is a church near school where all the edgelords gather and smoke 'n stuff) I always reject his "offer" because I don't do fighting because I'm not strong and it doesn't solve anything. He usually talks stuff like that but doesn't really do anything. Now his bigger edgy friend who also acts like him (autism) dares to bitch slap. pft plz You also have the tall skiny guy who is oppresed by the two to take activity in whatever the forget they do and the small agressive dwarve who also pick on me with him.
So yahh. How to deal with this guy?
