There is literally no way for you to be charged with the crime without evidence. A single accusation can't affect your criminal record; it can only get you fired.
They must have evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" or the charge will be dropped.

tldr; it's a scare tactic. don't admit to anything.

^ This guy knows what he's talking about. One accusation made by a "witness" will not have you be charged for a crime. Since the employees at that McDonalds sound like friends, I suggest you show your anger and quit your current job and move on to law enforcement. Just my opinion though.

Lol you know what I sometime do when I go to restaurants that allow you to self serve soda?

This is kind of a life hack you could say as well:
- When I want to have a little lemon taste in my water, instead of getting an actual lemon (because I'm too lazy to squeeze it and deal with the mess) I quickly go to the lemonade soda tap and press it once for a brief split second; it gives the water s good taste and no one cares when I do it.

another reason im leaving. the minors are getting about 3 hours a week.

they get pissed at us when our work performance is less than that of an adult employee. the older employees work overtime a lot in order to compensate for our lack of hours. they live breath and eat this job. so of course our performance isnt going to be as good as theirs.
