Verification doesn't depend on quality unless me or anyone else I add to verify in the future just can't read or tell what's going on. We just make sure your submissions are correctly formatted and that you're not cheating.

well there's not a 100% for v21 lol. You do everything in no OoB
In 100% for v20 it'll still be valid as long as you're within the walls.

v20 did have gamemodes. Just not in the way we have them. Add-ons named gamemode_ like Gamemode_CityRPG. They weren't prepackaged and standalone though. The user had to select the gamemode and any add-ons it needs if the gamemode doesn't have it itself.
