At this point, you can't really do much except for call for help, I assume this is a bit more difficult in the US. Over here you can just walk up to someone higher up in your highschool, tell your story, and boom suddenly all the protective services are listening.

Calling CPS is a tough call to make a lot of the time. Believe it or not, CPS does not always magically make the best decisions; and so it's usually best if the family is able to resolve the issue themselves rather than have CPS barge in and take charge. There could be an obvious, willing family member ready to take custody of the child in question; occasionally CPS will just ignore them and put the child directly into foster care. A relative of mine was once taken into foster care temporarily due to CPS becoming involved. Ultimately it was for the best, since her abusive father lost custody of her (for a few months...). But she clearly recalled that being in foster care was one of the most scary and uncertain feeling situations she had ever been in.

It's starting to seem like he's trying to see how far he can get by making logical ideas and dismissing them to get a reaction out of us. It appears that he is leading you guys on, and hopefully I'm wrong.
