Author Topic: Ketamine, Ecstasy & Crystal Meth now legal in Ireland  (Read 1025 times)

Go crazy, folks! Go crazy!

I can't open the article right now but is this a limited time thing?

A legal loophole in Ireland means that some drugs such as ecstasy are currently legal in the country, although only until Thursday.

It seems that the Court of Appeal are looking to make an amendment to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977, as a section has been ruled as unconstitutional. This has resulted in more than 100 usually illegal drugs to become legal, including ecstasy, ketamine and benzodiazepines. The ban on 'legal highs' has also been overturned as a result.

Oh wow. I'd probably stay away from whatever parties are going on there.

instead of a pub crawl they'lll be doing a pub sprint
