I think the drama section should be removed completely. I think it just causes bans and solves absolutely nothing.

they don't seem to have a direct and immediate effect on anything but certainly server 2 things well:
1) taking interpersonal arguments out of threads they started in but are no longer relevant to
2) documenting problematic behavior of a user to possibly be used later as a testimony of sorts or maybe to heed warning
