Author Topic: i've been having some pretty severe headaches recently  (Read 789 times)

(dr. blf, your patient is in)

it only occurs during extensive exercise, like running, playing with friends, performing the funky hand love, and other activities

it rushes immediately, covering a roughly palm-sized area of the left half of my face, more so from the back of my eye to my inner ear, and i can feel the throbbing inside there

i've seached online, but i don't think i have a brain tumor qq

'go to the doctor' and i'll break your dog's neck

But what if I don't have a dog?

welcome to blockland clinic, how can our highly trained professionals can help you?

Serious post: Do you drink coffee/caffeinated drinks a lot or pop painkillers often? Do you often look at bright screens without backlight or any light at all?

You might be dehydrated.
Seriously though, if you want an actual diagnosis, then do go to a doctor.
Headaches are a symptom associated with a lot of things. A doctor will know what tests you may need to find out why you're getting them so regularly and so severely.

i used to not drink water until after school and i would have to take a warm shower to fix it up but it's way better to just chug down water
your pee indicates if you are drinking enough if i can recall
drink your pee

If you have a very dark yellow wee then it could mean you're dehydrated.

Normally your urine should be around a light apple juice colour, or clearer.

during each winter i always swap out water with soda, so that's probably what's causing the the issue

gonna stop the habit over the weekend with some bottled water, maybe even some lifting B^)
