Sperm is a gamete, not bacteria. Like really how could you not discern a difference between the two? Unless of course you mean virus when you say germ, and in that case your even more mistaken. Viruses aren't living and are made up of DNA in a protein sack. Sperm is not structurally similar in any way, nor does it have the same agenda as bacteria or viruses.
