Try using a few more colors rather than just the sandstone for the general structure of the build. These will bring out the detail more than any 1680x1050 AA'd shots will. As Anti said, I'm joining the "wtf is going on here visually guyz lol" crowd.
This also does look very macro'd. Keep in mind that when people say that, it's not a matter of whether or not you actually used the marcros (well I suppose it is, since if you didn't you've got waaay too much time on your hands) as it's a matter of homogeneity of detail in the build. Personally I grade mostly on asthetics and proportion, and from what I can see I'm going to say no as it stands. You have a lot of clever brickwork, from what I can tell, but ultimately rather than cleverly weaving these elements together into a cohesive whole, you've chosen to stack a lot of things on top of each other. For example, the parts of the gate contain the exact same arch, and the middle building looks to be exactly twice as tall as the two that flank it. While this is a perfectly valid technique that can result in some really cool builds architecturally, I feel like you didn't really utilize it in a creative (or conscious) way. That said, I love the little bits of color (jewels?) you've got in there, and I want to see you do more with those. I feel they could tie the build together.
