I do, yes.
I also flip the duvet too, but only because I'm in a single bed.
Kinda lament the day I have a double, especially if I'm sharing with someone. It'll be a co-ordinated effort to flip it.

i have a auto flipper, every 1 minute it flips my pillow, doctors say it's literally killing me with neck injuries, but you just don't understand.

i only flip pillows when i have a nosebleed... in retrospect that's nasty even if i do wash the sheets afterward
