What made you want to be staff: Moderation is one of the important necessities to hosting a successful server. Not only that, there would need to be a well maintained staff team that can respond to other players in need of help.

I can moderate a server while under pressure, and also keep a calm and righteous attitude.

One of your "admins" couldn't accept death after someone knocked him into the lava, he teleported back (I've seen this from other admins as well) and killed him. Fix your stuff before you open apps

I also caused quite a stir teaming with a few people, you don't have a rule against it. You also copied zapks admin app format

I've been asked to be less blunt on my post, I'm not trying to give constructive criticism, I don't think your staffs any good.
