Minimum specs are generally referring to the lowest level of supported hardware. If you have anything under those specs, they cannot and will not help you with your problems.

You have 4GBs. Game will run like stuff, but it'll run.

Yeah dude. RAM isn't always super important anyways. Something you want to worry about is your CPU and your VRAM with these newer, epic open world games.
