For some reason the past few days iv'e been up since 6am and right when it becomes bright I get really tired
Guys help

have you checked if you're an owl

have you checked if you're an owl

No but I looked in the mirror and my eyes are becoming more yellow
Even worse is that I have school

insomnia means you can't fall asleep
from what you're describing, you're just staying up too late on your computer

getting your sleeping schedule off track from staying up too late isn't the same as being physically (mentally?) unable to fall asleep

could be any one of these

I was uh. Joking about the eyes. Hopefully.

But it's just odd that the last time I went to bed before this was 12am and randomly I just don't feel the need to sleep

Have you tried laying in your bed with your eyes closed?

Uh yes but it doesn't work

I just don't feel the need to sleep
insomnia is more like you want to sleep, and you're tired, but... can't sleep. think restlessness or

think of it like when you get really ill and feverish and keep waking up in the middle of the night, except all the time. i was a diagnosed insomniac way back when at the start of high school due to stress (long distance relationships.. ew), but i'm all better now. worst time of my life. but don't worry, insomnia isn't (usually) permanent, and you'll probably be back to normal within a couple of weeks.

although, i know what you're talking about, too. you just end up staying up super late and never really finding the need to sleep until dawn? that could actually be stress related too, i used to do that through summer. it was awful and i felt like i missed half of my summer.

school came around and forced me to wake up early, so i started falling asleep earlier again... lol

Its not healthy to use electronics before bed they say, messes with your brain.

Yea I have been stressed lately..

But I'm trying to be best little Mac ;(
Nah but  that's true.

Avoid caffeine and sweets before bed. Also try laying down at a earlier time with all lights off. Lights stimulate the brain or something and that makes you stay up. There is also a good chance you just messed up your sleep schedule.

I'll try this the next time I can thank you

Now is a good time implying its night time.

Oh. It is. Well night forums.

I don't think you've developed insomnia, maybe you just have a severe issue sleeping due to electronic stimulation? I'd recommend turning off electronics after 9 PM. Read a boring book, but don't provide any euphoria.

Also don't fantasize about romantic stuff, I know that certain people do this in secret, just don't. It evokes ecstasy.
