Colorsets won't work! D: plz help

I try to make a freebuild server and I have RTB and I want to use the 8bitcolorset but it wont show up on the select custom add-ons and its in my add-ons section. Please help, do I need another type of add-on? Please answer as soon as possible, I'm really desperate.

If you want to change the colorset, don't use RTB but replace colorSet.txt in the blockland/config/server directory with the one in your downloaded colorset .zip.
