obv not super-confirmed but if these are accurate it looks like we're in for another awesome week of episodes just judging from vague titles

"cry for help" is an obviously interesting one. "onion friend" sounds like we should (supposedly) probably hear more about onion which should be fun. and then it (supposedly again) ends with "friend ship" which sounds an awful lot like a friendly (or hypothetically friendly) ship [from space] which is another obviously interesting one

i mean i think, at the end of the day, even if the show has some kind of agenda or somethin, i can't really think of a way that that agenda has legitimately compromised the integrity of the work, or a moment where it seemed like sacrifices were made to make a political statement

i think it's an entertainment piece first. rebecca sugar has said that she wants to kinda, i guess, 'challenge' some things but that's not really what the show is (and to be fair, it isn't really 'pandering' as much as part of the show's message as an art piece). above all else, the show is about steven. the real steven sugar and the fictional steven

not sayin anyone's wrong for bein made uncomfortable by some of the content, but the show's more than that, and that content is just there as a part of it

ehhhhhhh honestly it's a big community and you're not gonna find the more notorious bits unless you're unlucky or trying. i stay within my interests and haven't seen much. in fact, any time i've seen the infamous ridiculousness, it's only because people are reblogging the actual sensible response to that saying "wtf is wrong with you stop and here's why"
