because people were taking the more serious posts (eg "Peridot is younger than Steven," "This isn't Sardonyx," "This isn't Yellow Diamond") as being serious without looking at the source

which is a prob when it starts to cause confusion

well yea but it's not the blog's fault that they don't do any investigating further than an image presented to them, on tumbler . com of all places

no im pretty sure he insulted it multiple times, along with exaggerations. again it's the fan's fault for not finding out that everything on the blog is a joke, which is obvious if you actually look at the blog, but he spends the whole rant pissing on the blog and casually avoiding the fact that it truly isn't that hard to find out that it's a joke. if a fact like that was super shocking, like "wow really??" my first reaction would to check how valid it is. and thus, the joke ensues.
