that episode really didn't say anything we didn't already know, and after sworn to the sword it was really disappointing, I would say they should've saved that one for last but then the opening sequence with connies sword deal would've gone unexplained
also I liked the old designs better

personally, i think it's nice to watch a nice little episode, even though i personally think this episode is meant to let the audience develop their own opinion on the actual issue ronaldo covered, because if every episode was an emotional rollercoaster it will either make steven universe's emotional episodes stale, or make them constantly devastating and making the show depressing or something.

it's not. deedee magno-hall, pearl's voice actor, is an actual singer. there wouldn't be a reason to hire another person just so sing for pearl. plus if steven universe had a guest voice actor the crewniverse's tumblr would mention it.
