Yeah, I wouldn't suggest making a too simple of a face then saying it was made in Paint.NET or else people will think it was made in MS Paint. Anyways, you did good for making your first face in Paint.NET! You have the transparency and stuff correct, just that I would recommend a little more effort to make a little less simplistic face.
