Yo Taboo, the thing about the tablet driver not starting up is something that can be fixed in two ways.
-Start the computer with the tablet plugged in, and it should work.
(I don't do this because mine is too big to have on my desk)
-Open up Services (Search it or Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services)
Make sure any drawing or artsy programs are closed.
Find the Wacom Professional Services or any other Wacom related drivers, stop them, and start them again. Make sure the tablet is plugged in or they will most likely fail.
Sometimes restarting the Tablet PC Input Service can help as well if the Wacom drivers keep failing.
Start up any drawing programs again.
With pressure sensitivity, the programs will need a restart for it to work properly after all the driver issues, but it's the only real way to keep the driver working well without restarting the whole computer, which is annoying. However, I think all Wacom tablets run off the same driver, so trust in that if you ever get a new one, the driver won't ever work on that one as well.
Also redownloading never helps. Don't trust that stupid pop-up box.
