Author Topic: Am I crazy or are signatures enabled?  (Read 1693 times)

I noticed all my posts and those of others now are filled with the image spam usually hidden behind badspot's adjustments to disable them in the forums. Is this just an april fools prank? If so it's not much of a prank. (I guess the prank would be in the suggestion that this isn't simply a prank and but a taste of changes to come) (but since this is already expected due to the nature of the holiday would an even greater prank be to prank people into suspecting it is a prank but then it not actually be one?) (Or to prank those people of that suspicion, that it actually is a prank)

I got this problem too
I fixed it by going to Look and Layout preferences and checking the Dont Show Users Signatures

if signatures are your only concern you should empty your cache real quick

dude what the HECK!!! i hate seeing peoples furresearch and otherwise long picture posts everytime i enter a thread. what a cruel joke

I don't quite understand what that has to do with anything.

Disable signatures if you don't want to see them.

Do it. You'll see very quickly.

I like how badspots whole joke is ruined by incorrect cache settings

hit dat ctrl+f5

I think that it is a good idea to have signatures enable as long as they aren't page stretchers, I mean I think it would be cool to have a little something at the end of someone's post, just not a page stretch 84 plus c silver edition.

/support

This is why other forums only have support for small images or text in your signatures. This is also why the option isn't enabled in the first place.
