Good rep, seems like a good admin, and I've seen him as an admin on servers before, and he was very good.
I still don't think that is a valid reason, you don't know the full details of a person by just looking at them do something. They could have a whole other side to them and you wouldn't even know it because you didn't care enough to look into it.
Oh well. It's my server, so I can do what I want.
