It's been for a while and its really getting annoying because I have no idea from what program it is and how to get rid of it.

I don't have the shadowplay thing because somehow disabled and if I go to the settings tab there isn't anything about FPS. I tought it was from NVIDIA so I stopped all NVIDIA processes but its still there.

Seems like its gone now. But there isn't a shadowplay settings tab thing.
