If you mean you want to know how to embed pictures into a post, go onto imgur, upload the pictures there, and then copy the code under "BBCode (message boards & forums)" and put it in the message of your post.

I can post images regularly. but not from blockland.

Upload them to an external image hosting site, then copy the direct link from the image and put it inside [img][/img] tags.

Go to a site like http://imgur.com and create an account. Upload a photo to said account on the said website. When you click on said image that you have uploaded to your account on http://imgur.com it will give you a series of different links you can copy and paste. Copy the BBC code, and paste onto the forums. And you'll get something like this as a result:
