the game is mainstream enough that a movie would be made specifically to appeal to the demographic, that demographic being young teens 11-16 (i'm just assuming that age range based on people who like pewdiepie  and people talk about it at school). but the story elements revolve around child murder and brutal violence, so obviously you can't make the movie R cus that's way out of the demographic, which means they're obviously not going to use those elements in the movie, but those elements make up the entirety of the story...

so they're going to have to make a new story based around... just the gameplay
