actual production aside, that kind of thing'd be really hard to make work in as chaotic a multiplayer setting as you'd get in a city rp

Maybe you could also make it so you can pay for a hit on someone for one certain hitman or a group of hitmen, and then they have to kill the person, if caught placing the hit will get you wanted, and if caught doing the hit would give you a bigger wanted level.

There won't be a wanted level, it will be witness-based and there won't be a clear-cut system so crime can be more fluid

Yeah but I'd still like to see the hitman thing.

how can you incentivize people not to kill people with no-one around just cause the user can?

Strip clubs, prostitutes, and street racing
blockland gta pls
sorry this is late and probably already said

If the user is going to kill just because they can, there's no way to stop them without removing their weapons

I also like the idea of murderers having the option to get away with their kills, it adds depth to wantom crime

Yeah but I'd still like to see the hitman thing.

This could be done with some level of roleplaying, otherwise I don't want to encourage random murder too much :p
