This is my modern house that I built with my friends, i did alot of the work with the walls and insides my friends just helped make it quicker!

Make the roof overhang 1-2 studs. Rest of the build looks nice though. Does it have an interior?

Also, if this is your server you took the picture on, change the sun azimuth so we don't see the dark side of the house.

Most modern houses (unless your talking just modern day houses, not modern, yes there is some difference) have no roof at all, most of the time its just flat: http://martyonthehomefront.blogspot.com/2015/02/modern-house.html

I think the pillars in the front of the house shouldn't be the same color as the outside house walls

The colors are a bit bland and the balcony platform is very thin. But overall, the layout is really well done.
