The best advice I have for you is to take everything in stride. Just remember that in a couple years the majority of the things you are worrying about now won't even be relevant.

paranoia is there to protect you. from all i've been through, i'm paranoid half the time and i pay attention to a lot of stuff and get jumpy sometimes. it's hard sometimes. but it helps to always keep your mind open to what can happen.
