sure it's your fault for making the noise and getting the phone confiscated, but your property should be returned to you when you're done with a class

Well in the middle school I went to you couldn't use your phones for even emergency purposes and making important phone calls, you had to use the phone in the front office. So of course carrying them to school was pointless, so I don't know why everyone did.

Now of course I'm in high school and when your phones are taken away (which rarely happens btw) you get them at the end of class or at the end of the week.
