When I host my server the ping is ---

A few days ago people were able to join my server and I was getting loads of players...
now I get no one as the ping is ---

I don't think I am port forwarded but I never have been and I was able to host and get players before...

UPnP isn't as reliable as port forwarding, so you might only be able to host at certain times unless you port forward and set yourself a static IP
