It's not, but it is a browser exploit. If you're using some browsers, it will cause the window to fly across the screen.

thanks mate, just finished a malware scan, 15 items detected, but i bet it would be because of me downloading things and not the website.

Because if this guy just gave everybody a Trojan, then people are going to be pissed.
