mission editor help plz

hey i know im dumb so dont call me dumb but i have no clue where to put mission editor or how to use it, all i know is u have to press f11 and then something happens

I think i might be abel to help you just leave it in blockland derectory and if you don't know were that is find the blockland icon right click it then go to proporties then find target and then leave it there it may work
