Why not? I can make money off of this and that's what is most important to me. I can hire people to build stuff for me as well. I'm already cashing out each month for $250.
but if it's not accurate you won't get good ratings & you won't know what to say when people ask you about it
make a game about something you know and it'll be infinitely better

I've hired a builder who loves retro video games, I'm reading up on Zelda and watching gameplay videos of it, I'm getting an idea of what I want to create. I'll be posting a picture of what we have so far.

I've paid my other developers decently, and if I decide to fire them, I tell them in advance, pay them, and then I fire them.

My goal is to run a whole game monopoly with cash flowing. I think I can do it, I have tons of ideas. Call me lazy, but I'm not going to be doing much, beside managing money, coming up with ideas, discussing with my devs, and doing really basic crap-tier building. Other than that, money is what does most of the work for me.

I only have to offer money to some of these professional programmers/builders I know, and they're in. That's all it really takes. I'm basically a project coordinator, except I am the one making money off of the project. To me it is a business, not a game studio.

so basically you're not doing anything? i don't see the point in making a game JUST for the money, it makes no sense imo
i'd rather make a game i like made by me (and maybe friends) and get it popular rather then just have other people do everything

Why not? They get their share, and I get my share. I'm funding all the advertisements and looking for people to employ which can be a challenge, I am also paying these people as well. I'm not having one person doing everything, and if that were to be the case, they'd be compensated completely. I'm basically coordinating everything, and using my own money.

I already said that I'm the one collaborating with others (telling them what I want) and coming up with the ideas for everything. It makes complete sense to me, if I can make money, then it is completely worth it. I don't think of it as people doing all of the work for me, I think of it as business. They get their share, I get my share. Of course my goal is to create games of quality, that's something that's also what I consider. If I can make money and have a quality game, why not?

How much are you paying? And can you be more specific in what you need? I cant script, but I can pay someone to make it for you and then I'll resell it to you.

I don't see anything wrong with that, I've established connections with tons of professionals (whether they're coders, modelers or graphic designers). I'm providing a service.

It's pretty easy to texture a loving rocket launcher. And porting it can't be that hard either.
