Can there really be a DONATOR rank?

There's this guy who just joined this server, called Donor. His BL-ID is 86212. He claims he is a Blockland Donator, and I am thinking suspicious about him. My server was friends only, and all of my friends weren't here when I proposed a meeting, so i couldn't put a password in. Does anyone know if this is a scam or not? I'm really suspicious.

PS: He claims that if I ban him, he will ban me from the game.

Nah man. Its just a funny name to have, for this exact reason. He got the name to troll, as people with names like "Console" or "server" are meant to get some feedback like "Woha! Holy stuff! The server joined the server!". So no, hes no donor, nor can anybody but badspot ban people.
