Australia is saying "ok, you don't want to vaccinate your children? then you wont get all of the benefits you could with vaccinating them, it's fine"
Your health insurance pays for those vaccinations, and the money from those vaccinations probably gets you the benefits.
By not paying anything for those vaccinations, you aren't really paying for those benefits.
I know stuff about the economy, I hope this is correct.

Essentially they're saying because you are endangering society by not, you have to understand it's not about your child but society as a whole, that you're wrong for not doing it their way so they're going to force you to conform

And this is bad how? Vaccines have been repeatedly shown to not harm people, and if your child needs a special exception (Has an immune deficiency or otherwise can't safely get the vaccine) then I'm 100% certain you could appeal to continue to get the pay or whatever it is, plus, herd immunity is restored. And trust me when I say this, herd immunity is a very important thing.

Why would having the choice of spreading smallpox or measles or mumps be an acceptable choice? Explain to me how it's any different from assault or murder if the child who gets it dies.

By not vaccinating your child, you are being the downfall of the world, because not only can your child die of an infection from a common virus, but he/she can spread it to other non-vaccinated children.
