Me? New Zealand's Farming areas. Why? Population is very low per square mile across New Zealand, and the climate is perfect. Plus, NZ is an island off the coast of Australia in the south west corner of the world.
New Zealand still has a population of 4.5 million people. Were there to be total infection they would continue to traverse across the country.
Furthermore, Australia has a population of 23.8 million people, with a high density population in the South-Western region of the country, closest to New Zealand. Many Australians may flee towards New Zealand when the outbreak reaches Australia.
You also have to consider that the terrain of New Zealand can be very extreme, which may limit your escape routes should you be approached by a horde of zombies.
madagascar
that country is hard as richard to infect because they always close their borders
Ignoring the joke side, Madagascar has an estimated population of 22 million people, making it the 53rd largest country by population in the world. It has a density of 35.2 people per square kilometre too.
This is a large amount of people for you to encounter.
The nation is also close to Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia and South Africa. They have populations of 23 million, 47 million, 45 million, 10.5 million and 54 million respectively.
That makes roughly 180 million people bordering you, which may have many millions of people attempt to flee their nations and turn to an island nation, such as Madagascar.
Furthermore, there's considerable pirate activity within the region, particularly north of the island, nearer to Somalian waters.
In a crCIA, these people could raid your nation.
Madagascar, being a more arid African nation, also has relatively little in the way of food exports. This may suggest that agriculture in the way of food isn't a key part of their economy, meaning food may be in shortage in a disaster.
The terrain and climate is also rugged and dry, which will be difficult for you, but will slow down potential decay of zombies.
It's also not too far off from the equator and so doesn't experience much of a winter, which would slow down zombies.
Should the zombie epidemic make it's way towards Madagascar it is likely to do so from Africa, meaning large infection rates in those South-Eastern nations, which as noted above, have massive populations, being some of the most populous nations on earth.
Should the infection then spread to Madagascar and you are forced to flee you will have to go East, leaving you with the Indian Ocean to navigate.
Going west to Africa would leave you cut off. Going north to the middle east would leave you in an even more difficult terrain and climate than you've come from. In addition to that the Middle East also connects Europe and Asia, bordering India AND being close to China, the two largest nations by population on earth.
This leaves you with either travelling East, towards Australia's West Coast, which while also arid, has a less dense population. Although you will have to travel the entirety of the Indian Ocean, an area which suffers from storms. It is also the third largest Ocean, being comparatively wide as the Atlantic.
Your alternative is to travel South, almost an equal distance through the Southern Ocean, towards Antarctica.
You would have to be thoroughly prepared to survive here, otherwise you'd certainly face death.
You might be safe however, as due south of Madagascar on the Antarctic continent is a considerable number of Research Stations, which may or may not continue to be manned during the disaster.
If you could make it to Antarctica, and the disease hadn't spread here, and you could stay in a manned and relatively self-sufficient research station, then you could survive quite well.
You'd be safe from zombie invasions from the south on account of the lack of population, and you'd be far enough from any countries in order to ensure safety from pirating. (Unless you happened to be on the Antarctic Peninsula, which is quite close to Southern Argentina and Chile, however the dangers around Cape Horn in sailing, and the extreme weather, may deter most pirates, who would likely be amateur sailors)
