Depends what you mean, but if you mean for furniture then most modern would be rounded squares / rectangles I think

Windows has a square/rectangle thing going on and apple rounded square/rectangle nowadays.

Both have a very minimalistic look.

really though a kinda modern look would go with a squarish look
not bland like windows 3.1 but kinda like 8.1
