Should the legal drinking age be dropped to 18?

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be -- we already have cannabis legalized recreationally in several US states now. If we can do that, why cant we drop the legal drinking age?

Absolutely, but only because you can join the army at 18 which makes the 21 drinking age seem silly.

Where I live it's legal to drink at 16 but only drinks with under 5% alcohol content. 18 is the full privilege age.

I'd rather have the age to buy ammunition dropped than the drinking age I think it's at a good age
