Author Topic: my school is getting ddosed  (Read 1734 times)

State testing scores have been required on pretty much all college applications I've seen and there's usually a field for them on job applications as well.

yes but it's not like they aren't going to be able to set it for another day

It might just be an Illinois thing, but state testing is usually pretty expensive for some reason, so I've seen some schools just forgo it if things somehow go catastrophically wrong.

SAT/ACT != state testing.  Colleges, except maybe state colleges in individual states, don't give two stuffs about mandated state testing scores.  They'll care about SAT/ACT, which are private non-state tests.

Oh, wait, you're right, I got confused.
Around here, the PSAE is a nice little note at the bottom of my resume and that's it. Nevermind, then.

lol

we still use old stuff from the 90's at my school
we have to copy everything by hand
this is loving bullstuff

dunt worry
i was ddosing it

why exactly do you think it's a ddos rather than just normal internet problems
Yeah OP is being handicapped. 99 percent of the time it is just the load of every server trying to test at once..

idk i mean its not that hard ive seen people do this to get out of minor tests

not exactly

my SS teacher told us we were getting DDOSed, and explained it in a way a 7th grader would understand it, and he bought up good points on how they can only last for a certain amount of time, and there's a little bit in between where there isn't a DDOS, and then it's back to the DDOS

we've had a week of state testing in March, 6th 7th and 8th grade, and this hasn't happened. there's no way in hell it could be a server overload, because it would have done the same thing earlier as well.

testing was cancelled for the second half of the day, and we had our internet back.
