you can only be revived so many times, 3 I think. after that you can be summoned to the realm of existence but only for an amount of time.
so technically, if some of them die in this series specifically, they will be dead dead.

It's nice to see the original author getting involved with his most popular franchise again. All the really bad filler, movies, and Dragon Ball GT were a result of the animation studio, Toei, going off on their own with minimal input from or collaboration with Toriyama.
