No, that brings up no flags on the account until it's been elevated to a VAC ban.
Apparently this is something very new, and there is no apparent way for me to know any information about it beyond, maybe, launching allll of my Steam games and seeing which one claims I'm banned. Assuming that happens to begin with, because there is no doubt in my mind that this system doesn't really work.
