How can I get Skyrim Nexus to let me register?

I have tried 2 times with 2 different emails with one being brand spanking new. I want to download the mod manager because I'd rather not go through the process of extracting files.

Every time I attempt to register I get this:

It is annoying the hell out of me and I am currently browsing through the help area of Nexus

I think it is because your e-mail or IP address has been identified on one or more spam lists.

that part about "contact will not change this is" really unnecessary and really shows how little they want to help anyone. i would suggest contacting them about a reason but i doubt they would reply the moment they see something along the lines of "ip blocked".
