If I restart, all of the teleports instantly break due to onzoneenter events not working.

you're gonna have to restart it, sorry. if you don't want the teleporters breaking, just use some other teleport event that doesn't break upon restart.

After restarting countless times, players are yet unable to connect.

/goTo should now be working with all levels because apparently who ever added the mod didn't have a file to it.
