that code simply makes the game run without a launcher. it doesn't run port's blockland v20.

Smooth has DDoSed my server before, I know it, he knows it, he won't admit it, anyways blocknet has DDoS protection so I assumingly don't have to ban him. But for some strange reason, he was trying to get me and IP logger to detect who is DDoSing my server. Is he trying to get caught!?

Honestly it was already proven that he used some form of script to spam Pah123's server. (relevant drama here) 18,000 clicks / 60 seconds = 300 clicks per second. You can't do that without a script specifically made for DoSing.
