Server hosting problems!

I was able to host a server regularly without any port-forwarding or any external program on blockland just fine,
 but all of a sudden, my server has a ping of "---" and nobody is able to connect to it.

I do not have hamachi
( I uninstalled after problem occurred as it seemed to
help my friend who had the same problem )

Note:I cannot port forward for some reason :/

Because i don't know the password or username for my router. Even if i reset it completely and look for the default passwords, its not correct.

Change the server port to something else (28500, 28100, 30400, ...etc) (No this isn't a port forward, this is your server, you can change your server's port when you make the server by going into advanced at the end)

You can also try disabling UPnP
