Author Topic: my mother is representing Satan in court  (Read 2826 times)

The case is ongoing. My mother dropped the case because it didn't pay that well. The Church of Satan is continuing their case against the government. Won't say too much.
What exactly are they suing for?

wait so is their beef with the establishment of a Christian state or the establishment that happened back when the Romans weren't dead

Basically they're being piss babies and trying to find ways that fight Christianity

The leader of the Church of Satan isn't Satan lmao.

you know that statue actually looks p cool. (not trying to be edgy)
I like it how the captions mention how children can sit on the statue's lap when it's finished
that little detail made me smile

why do people think satanism is evil
it's just the different side of the same coin

why do people think satanism is evil
it's just the different side of the same coin

depends what kind of satanism

Satan is the lord of freewill; I will eliminate all the automatrons that oppose him

My name is not important.

Establishment of the Christian religion.

One of the points they pressed on was the fact that there is a 10 foot statue of the Ten Commandments in front of the Oklahoma Capital Building.
They're gonna lose. The only thing that's explicitly forbidden in the Constitution is 'laws respecting an establishment of religion'.

It says nothing about physical infrastructure.

Not in the government. In the people. She believes it to be illegal and I'm fairly sure a lawyer of 25+ years knows better than either of us.
They're still gonna lose
